I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

I was little apprehensive of getting picked on time, but my concerns were not warranted, as the driver arrived early and we had a very relaxed drive to the airport. Absolutely recommend this service! We came back to Toronto after a long flight and needed a van with a car seat. I was amazed at how quickly the taxi was available! We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. We found him to be professionally friendly and both kind & compassionate in dealing with us seniors. He is very good at doing his job--better than we are a remembering his name after the flight home. (sorry!). The set rate ($51) is a very good deal for travelers. Our ride to from the airport to Mississauga in a taxi with a different company was over $70 for the same route and similar heavy traffic.

He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere.
