Terms & Booking Information

1. Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel a reservation, please call us at 905-362-1744 or 1-800-465-3434.

• GTA Cancellations: Require at least 1-hour notice in advance of the service pick-up time. Cancellations made with less than 1-hour notice will incur a $25.00 fee.
• Out-of-Town Destinations: Require at least 2-hour notice. Failure to provide 2-hour notice will result in full-fare charges.

2. Rates & Extras

Rates quoted are for one-way service, are subject to change without notice, and are only valid if booked through our call centre or online. Flat rates apply to direct travel from point A to point B only. Additional charges will apply for:

• Waiting Time: We allow a 15-minute grace period; inclusive charges of $0.60 per minute apply thereafter. Exception for Airport Meet & Greet: When an in-terminal greeter is assigned to wait for your arrival with a sign, we track your flight and the first hour of waiting is free. Any further delay is charged at $35.00 per hour.
• Additional Stops Enroute: $10.00 minimum charge.
• Excess Luggage: (e.g., golf clubs, ski bags, etc.) $10.00 charge.
• Pets in Cage: $6.00 charge.
• 407 ETR Tolls: Billed at cost.

3. Pearson Airport Pickup Instructions

• Meeting Location: Our drivers are only permitted to pick up at Door A (Pre-arranged Services) in both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
• When to Request: Please only click your tracking link or call us to request your vehicle to the door after you have fully cleared customs and collected all your luggage.
• Late Night & Weather: Rides from Pearson Airport are subject to availability after midnight and in severe weather conditions.

4. Airport Taxi Queue Policy

Our discounted flat rates are strictly valid for trips booked and dispatched directly through Aeroport. They are not valid if you take an Aeroport vehicle directly from the general taxi queue at Pearson Airport. During peak periods, the airport authority may mandate Aeroport vehicles to service the taxi queue or give priority to the queue. If a vehicle is taken from the queue, full GTAA-mandated rates will apply.

5. General Conditions & Liability

• Aeroport reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings for reasons beyond our control (e.g., severe weather conditions).
• Aeroport Taxi & Limo is not liable for delays, missed flights, or unfulfilled bookings caused by extreme weather, severe traffic, road closures, or unforeseen emergencies.
• While we strive to provide your preferred vehicle, all vehicle type selections are subject to availability.
• Aeroport is not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle or the loss of passenger luggage. Passengers are fully responsible for ensuring they have all their personal belongings and luggage before exiting the vehicle.

6. SMS Text Tracking & Notifications

During the booking process, you may choose to opt-in to receive SMS (text message) notifications by checking the designated consent box.

• Purpose: You will receive messages regarding your vehicle assignment, driver details, and a link to track your vehicle upon dispatch.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling 905-362-1744.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity.
• Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
