2. Get your booking confirmation. You’ll receive an automated email confirmation if you provided an email address, or an SMS confirmation if you didn’t. If you booked through the app, your confirmation always arrives by email.
3. Clear customs and grab your luggage (for pickups), or simply step outside at your scheduled time (for drop-offs). Then request your van by tapping the tracking link in your text, calling 905-362-1744, or requesting it directly in the app. Pre-arranged pickups meet at Door A at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
