Drop Off To Airport

If you’re looking for a reliable airport drop-off service, Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service has gotten Toronto travellers to their flights on time since 1968. We offer fully scheduled, pre-booked drop-off-to-airport transportation, built around your exact departure time, not a rideshare app guessing when a driver might show up.

Nothing derails a trip faster than a late ride to the airport. That’s exactly the risk we remove. Whether you’re heading to Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, or Buffalo International, our uniformed, professional chauffeurs treat your flight time as non-negotiable, because it is.

Reliable, On-Time Airport Drop-Off Service

With close to 200 vehicles, a 4.7-star Google rating from thousands of reviews, and over 5 million passengers served, Aeroport Taxi is the company Southern Ontario relies on when a flight simply can’t be missed. Every airport transfer is scheduled with a buffer for check-in, security, and traffic, so you’re never cutting it close.

Why Travellers Choose Our Scheduled Drop-Off Service

• On-time, every time. Missing a flight because your ride was late simply isn’t part of our story.
• Uniformed, friendly chauffeurs who know local routes, not a rideshare driver in whatever car they had that morning.
• Full luggage assistance, so heavy bags are never your problem alone.
• Clear text updates from booking confirmation to driver arrival, so you’re never left checking your phone wondering.
• Affordable, consistent flat rates, quoted upfront, even during early morning or holiday rushes.
• Clean, late-model vehicles, from executive taxis to luxury SUVs.
• No airport parking fees, no public transit with luggage, just a direct, comfortable ride.

A Fleet Built for However You’re Travelling

Not every departure looks the same, so neither does our fleet:

• Executive taxis and limousines for standard and premium departures
• Spacious minivans, available with a baby seat on request for families flying out with young children
• Full-size SUVs at competitive prices for groups who need extra room without booking a stretch limo

Every vehicle arrives clean and well-maintained, driven by a uniformed chauffeur who knows the fastest GTA routes to your terminal, no matter when your flight departs.

Book and Track Your Drop-Off in the Aeroport Taxi App

For a departure that runs on your schedule, not a phone tree, the Aeroport Taxi app makes scheduling simple:

• Schedule your drop-off days or weeks ahead, with flight and address details saved for next time
• Get text and in-app updates confirming your driver and pickup time as your departure approaches
• See your non-fluctuating flat rate upfront, up to 20% off regulated fares, before you confirm
• Track your chauffeur’s approach in real time via text link or the app once dispatched
• Reach your driver directly by call or message through the same link if your schedule shifts.
• App users get their driver’s details, live GPS tracking, and arrival notifications right in the app, with a one-tap “Call Driver” button. If you booked by phone or on our website, you’ll get an SMS instead, with driver details, a live tracking link, and an option to call them directly.
• Pay securely in-app with Apple Pay or Google Wallet, no fumbling for cash on a rushed morning
• Save a credit card in the app for faster checkout next time
• Pay in the vehicle with cash, credit, or debit through our driver’s wireless terminal
• Use an approved corporate charge account for business travel
• Plans change? Cancel or adjust your pickup time through your text/email confirmation, or in the app, open the menu and select ‘My Trips’ to view, edit, or cancel your booking directly.

How Your Drop-Off Works with Aeroport Taxi

1. Book online or in the app. Enter your pickup address, flight details, and preferred departure time in just a couple of minutes. We recommend extra buffer time for check-in and security. In the app, tapping ‘Book Now’ dispatches your ride immediately, while selecting ‘Later’ lets you schedule your drop-off ahead of time.
2. Get a confirmation you can rely on. You’ll receive an automated email confirmation if you provided an email address, or an SMS confirmation if you didn’t. If you booked through the app, your confirmation always arrives by email.
3. Your driver arrives early, not just on time. Our chauffeurs usually arrive about 10 minutes early, so you have breathing room instead of a ticking clock.
4. Direct to your terminal, no detours. We know every Pearson terminal and the fastest route to it, with your luggage handled the whole way.
