Perfect pick-up time & ride to airport.

Very prompt response to emails when asking for quotes. I liked the agreed price including tips as that saved us the headache of working out what is sufficient on our arrival. There was a delay at pick up from the airport but I think that was to do with the airport staff not contacting them as they are supposed to do. I called direct after a while and got straight through and collection was about 10 mins later. Overall a good service and I would recommend.

Fantastic pickup and drop off experience - my go to from now on. Forget the ride-share apps where your barely get help with your bags and have a sometimes-terifying drive. We used Aeroport Taxi and Limo as the price was competitive and the reviews were good. We had an excellent experience with the service and our driver. He was very professional and friendly, and arrived early so we were easily on time for our flight. This is our 3rd time using them. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will use them again.

Excellent service! They arrive incredibly quickly at Pearson and you always know ahead of time what your cost is ... in comparison to the litany of scammers hanging around the arrivals are asking if you need a taxi. Costs are also very reasonable.

We didn't want to take our car seat with us on our trip so we booked a car with one to go to Pearson. I have never seen a cleaner car seat! The whole vehicle was extremely clean and made us feel very safe putting out little one in an unknown vehicle and car seat. Our driver was also very patient with getting the baby in and the straps adjusted for safety. Highly recommend.

I always rely upon Aeroport for service from home to Pearson. Have never had one bad experience, always on time, clean cars, and smooth drives.

The driver arrived on time, the vehicle was spotless, and he was extremely friendly. He drove my party of six to the airport and wouldn't let us pick up a bag. His attention to detail was perfect; he had the climate in the car set at the perfect setting for a comfortable ride to the airport.

We have used Aeroport Taxi & Limousine service 3x since October 2024. We ordered the Luxury car 2x and will always do so. The cars are clean, quiet, comfortable. The service is very prompt arriving usually within 5 min of the scheduled time. Our driver Zahid, as with the others was smartly dressed (you might guess my age by that phrase) and he hopped out right away, insisting on helping with our luggage and opening the door for my wife. Other taxi services we used in
Tennessee recently reeked of tobacco, and in one case, the driver did not move from his seat as he drove us in a rusty but serviceable van. We got to our hotel feeling a bit grimy due to the odor. Not nice. So, we will always use Aeroport Taxi & Limo Service.
