I had made a booking but had to cancel as my flight was very delayed with no actual idea when I would arrive in Toronto. Even though I had cancelled there was a driver waiting for me when I finally arrived. I certainly did not expect this. It was wonderful. I highly recommend this company and have used their services many times.

I have been using Aeroport Taxi & Limo Services for over 8 years and highly recommend their service. They always arrive 5 or 10 minuets before the booked time and wait for you without any pressure to get out sooner. The drivers are super polite and helpful as well. Their rates are very reasonable too and so all round a great service to use.

Driver arrived 30 minutes ahead of arranged pick-up time of 6 am. He texted me advising of his arrival. I responded and noted that I will be ready as arranged. The drive to the airport took less than 20 minutes due to the light traffic at that time. He drove carefully and was polite and courteous.

I've used this service many times. The drivers are always pleasant and experienced drivers. The back office staff always helpful. I don't particularly like the app so I always book on line via my browser but its easy to book and dependable.

Fast and friendly driver

Easy to book online, arrived early, very courteous driver, helped me with my luggage. Have been using them for 15 years. On one occasion, the Gardiner was closed and the driver arrived 15 minutes early to account for extra time needed.

One simple phone call to a very pleasant staff & your ride is booked. For repeat customers, they just confirm your contact info. & send out your confirmation email. They also tell you exactly how much your fare is. Very reasonable. Drivers are always on time and very pleasant. Vehicles are comfortable and clean.

The Aeroport limo drivers are always courteous and helpful. Price to airport is reasonable and the cars are clean and spacious. We always book with Aeroport.

I've used the service twice and found it to be reliable. The app works well, just like rideshare apps. However, the app prompts for a tip when requesting a ride (and asks to set a default tip), with no option to give a tip at the end of the ride. Do you guys understand what a tip is for? Pre-tipping is not something I'll do. You're short changing your drivers with this approach.

Great experience ervy time with Aeroport Taxi Service. They contact you as soon as the plane lands and you can call the driver back or call the office and the driver will be there in minutes.
Our driver yesterday was friendly and professional and drove very well through the rush hour traffic to get us home to Vineland from Toronro airport in good time. We have been using them now for a few years and wouldb't use any other company.
