Used to drive and park at the airport, no longer , we just arrange a pickup and we are driven by pleasant drivers in a timely manner and at a great price. The same for the trip home. Very reliable.

Driver arrived at our home in Hamilton 15 minutes early and I was very thankful for that as we were in the first snowfall of the season. He got us to the airport with no issues whatsoever.

Edit: Since my first review i have used them three times. Every trip was excellent. Coming from Hamilton, they always arrived 15 minutes early, relieving my stress as to whether they would be late, or get us to YYZ in time. And coming back home, by the time we got to the designated pickup spot, he was waiting there at the curb.

I have used Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service - Toronto for all my international fights. They are dependable, prompt and punctual (often times early!). I love that I can book their services well in advance. They are my go-to and preferred method of travel to Pearson Airport.

I used Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service twice for a car-seat van both from home to the airport and from the airport back home. The experience was smooth both times. After landing, you just call them and the car arrives in about five minutes. The pricing is a flat fee with no surprises, and the drivers were professional and well-behaved. Overall very reliable service, and I will definitely use them again.

The car came to pick me within minutes of my calling them at Pearson airport. The driver was very pleasant and extremely helpful. He also did a little detour from 401 to avoid a traffic jam due to lane closures.

The driver called ahead and told us that he was on his way. This assured us and removed any anxiety we might have had. He arrived 15 minutes before the expected time and he texted when he was in our driveway. He was polite and friendly. I would definitely use this service again.

We have used this company many times. We are so impressed with their service. Recently Zain drove us to the airport in a snowstorm. He was careful and cautious. We got to Pearson in good time after passing 3 accidents on the highway. On our return journey we were delayed 26 hours. When we got our luggage, we emailed, and Zain was there in 6 mins. Amazing service. Already booked Aeroport for our next trip.

This is an update - yesterday, I returned from my trip and was picked up from the airport (terminal 1). As instructed, as soon as I cleared customs, I called the Aeorport office and told them I was ready to be picked up. Within ten minutes, the driver was there. Like the other driver, he was also friendly and polite. When we arrived at my house, the driver helped me carry my suitcases up a flight of stairs (I have a bad leg). I highly recommend Aeroport Taxi & Limousine's service. I will continue using them.

This is an update - yesterday, my son returned from his trip and was picked up from the airport (terminal 3). This was a last minute booking, because my son's flight to Toronto, scheduled to depart on Sunday at 1:10 was diverted just before the halfway mark to Toronto, back to Puerto Vallarta due to technical problems. The passengers were told they would be driven to a hotel, and booked on a return flight to Toronto on Monday. The problem for my son was that he had to catch a flight to Berlin on Monday, but Flair Airlines were unable to confirm a departure time. As luck would have it, a Porter Airlines flight had been delayed for over 5 hours and was scheduled to depart at 9PM. He was able to purchase a seat and arrived in Toronto at approx. 3:30 am (delayed over one hour due to bad weather at Pearson. I booked the Aeroport Taxi at 8:30 pm for a pickup at Pearson at 2:30 am. Regardless of the delay, the Aeroport taxi was there to pick him up a few minutes after my son called their office. Driving conditions were treacherous due to heavy fog, but my son was taken home safe and sound. My thanks to Aeroport Taxi - you are great!
