The driver was on time (actually about 10 minutes+ early), was very polite, friendly and helpful. The ride to the airport was smooth (excellent driver) and on time.
This is an update - yesterday, I returned from my trip and was picked up from the airport (terminal 1). As instructed, as soon as I cleared customs, I called the Aeorport office and told them I was ready to be picked up. Within ten minutes, the driver was there. Like the other driver, he was also friendly and polite. When we arrived at my house, the driver helped me carry my suitcases up a flight of stairs (I have a bad leg). I highly recommend Aeroport Taxi & Limousine's service. I will continue using them.
This is an update - yesterday, my son returned from his trip and was picked up from the airport (terminal 3). This was a last minute booking, because my son's flight to Toronto, scheduled to depart on Sunday at 1:10 was diverted just before the halfway mark to Toronto, back to Puerto Vallarta due to technical problems. The passengers were told they would be driven to a hotel, and booked on a return flight to Toronto on Monday. The problem for my son was that he had to catch a flight to Berlin on Monday, but Flair Airlines were unable to confirm a departure time. As luck would have it, a Porter Airlines flight had been delayed for over 5 hours and was scheduled to depart at 9PM. He was able to purchase a seat and arrived in Toronto at approx. 3:30 am (delayed over one hour due to bad weather at Pearson. I booked the Aeroport Taxi at 8:30 pm for a pickup at Pearson at 2:30 am. Regardless of the delay, the Aeroport taxi was there to pick him up a few minutes after my son called their office. Driving conditions were treacherous due to heavy fog, but my son was taken home safe and sound. My thanks to Aeroport Taxi - you are great!
