Driver came on time and was polite, professional, friendly, and a good driver! It would be better if we could just text him from the airport (instead of calling) because it is so loud in the airport it is nearly impossible to hear anyone on the phone.

I used this service twice this past week. One to take me to Pearson Airport, and then return to my residence. The driver was on time when I was picked up and taken to Pearson. On my return, I contacted the service and I had a driver attend 5 minutes later. The traffic was not kind but we had lots of conversation and we finally got back to our home. Thank you. I recommend this service and will be using it again soon.

As usual the service was punctual and efficient. The driver alerted me to his presence a full 10 minutes ahead of the appointed time. Assisted me with all my luggage at home and at the destination. Very good communication with head office. I definitely recommend

Professional service and very punctual. I’ve used them a few times and every time has been excellent. Great value for money.

The ride was smooth but the need to call twice before getting to know the number of the taxi was a bit too much. Also at the second call I had to wait for quite awhile for the operator to fetch a driver. While it was outside the airport, it was pretty noisy and hard to hear the reply.

The driver was on time (actually about 10 minutes+ early), was very polite, friendly and helpful. The ride to the airport was smooth (excellent driver) and on time.
This is an update - yesterday, I returned from my trip and was picked up from the airport (terminal 1). As instructed, as soon as I cleared customs, I called the Aeorport office and told them I was ready to be picked up. Within ten minutes, the driver was there. Like the other driver, he was also friendly and polite. When we arrived at my house, the driver helped me carry my suitcases up a flight of stairs (I have a bad leg). I highly recommend Aeroport Taxi & Limousine's service. I will continue using them.

Reliable and efficient service for airport drop off and pick ups

I ordered a ride to the airport via their app. Sooo simple and straight for. Everything is done within the app including the tip. Our driver even arrived early to pick us up. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable transportation to the airport.

No issues at all with the service. I had to change the arrival time twice because of the flight delays but it was handled quickly and efficiently. The taxi arrived 10mins before the scheduled time and got us there faster than expected. Overall, top quality service!

The drivers are professional and helpful. No issues with booking online or the app, and they have been understanding when we had to cancel due to delays or labour strikes (thanks Air Canada). The flat fee is reasonable and we have not had any issues with this service as the drivers are punctual and drive reasonably despite the stresses of Toronto roads.

Excellent and affordable service, I recommend it to anyone that need transportation to Pearson international.

We booked our to and from trip to the airport with Aeroport Taxi and Limousine service. The driver was a little late arriving at our place. I called the office and they got back to me right away. The driver also called later to let me know that he's a few mins away. The return trip was much smoother, without any incident. The drivers were very helpful and professional. Would definitely go with them again.

The pick up was timely, the driver was very courteous and helped with the bags - which helps when you're elderly, and the drop off was smooth. Will continue to use.
