I had a great experience with Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service for my flight arrival to Toronto! The team are awesome from start to drop-op! Ahead of time, I was provided with the door location where to meet the driver. When I arrived in Toronto - All I had to do was call when I was ready to meet at the door location and was provided with the vehicle details -- the driver arrived in minutes. The driver helped with all my luggage, was very pleasant and professional. The vehicle, was spotless, ride was great and the price is very reasonable!

Have been using Aeroport Limo services for years, and they have always been 5 to 10 minutes early and very pleasant.

Received top notch service at a good flat rate for a taxi to the airport from Riverdale. The driver, Ray, was helpful, and personable, and I appreciated that he didn't spray the cab down with highly scented products or wear cologne, as some of them do. You get a lower price if you are just one person and don't require a van, limo or large SUV.

I had a fantastic experience using Aeroport for my recent travel needs. Their on time service was flawless—they were exactly on schedule for both pickup and drop-off, which took all the stress out of my airport transfer.

I ordered to pickup from airport, according the instructions I need to call them after I got my luggage, I called them 2 times, no answer, finally I try 1 more time, they pickup the phone and sent driver to pick me up, the driver came very fast. If they picked up the phone in first time, I will give 5 stars.

The app is easy to use and pick up is very snooth. Some advice…. The GPS location for pickup location selection is great, but since we did not enter the address of the place we were staying and relied on the GPS, the driver arrived at the next house, which is fine of course but he seemed confused about why. The app also asks for a phone number, but we live abroad, so I entered my non-Canadian phone number . It seems that the driver attempted contact me and didn’t get through, so I told him it is an overseas number. He said, with a bit of a scolding tone, that we should have just entered my friends phone number ( he was there to say bye to us) , pointing at him, so it was a bit strange he would assume that we were fine with providing someone else’s phone number for our ride. How about people who don’t have a friend with them when leaving Toronto? Anyways, the app is very good so I really do not believe a phone call is needed, maybe you could just implement a quick messaging / notification within the app? Driver could say (I am here) and the app would let the customer respond ( understand I am coming), and get rid of the phone number for pickup altogether. I’ll be using this company for my future trips to Toronto, thanks!

The drivers were excellent, the cars were very good condition and clean, and the customer service was perfect in arranging our pickup from the airport. I've used other companies, but going forward I will solely use this company.
