I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
