I have used this service many times over the last few years. All experiences have been exceptional! On time, pleasant, safe and cautious drivers. The last experience (Christmas Day 2022) I do feel I also need to specifically mention.
A winter storm had hit Toronto and my flight had a number of cancellations and postponed times. I called to arrange a change in pick up times each change and felt I was becoming a nuisance. They were very understanding,

I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

I have not used an airport limo for many years as we have always driven and parked at the airport ourselves. however this trip our car was not ready after being in a repair shop longer than anticipated. I was little apprehensive of getting picked on time, but my concerns were not warranted, as the driver arrived early and we had a very relaxed drive to the airport. Absolutely recommend this service! We came back to Toronto after a long flight and needed a van with a car seat. I was amazed at how quickly the taxi was available! We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. So this was a better option for us.

We found him to be professionally friendly and both kind & compassionate in dealing with us seniors. He is very good at doing his job--better than we are a remembering his name after the flight home. (sorry!). The set rate ($51) is a very good deal for travelers. Our ride to from the airport to Mississauga in a taxi with a different company was over $70 for the same route and similar heavy traffic.

I used Aeroport Taxi last September, and cannot say enough about them! My flight was super early in the morning. My driver, Fawad, arrived a few minutes early, with a clean and lovely car. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. Once again, exceptional service! I will now use only this company, and hopefully same driver if available. I highly recommend this service, and prices are very reasonable!

Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
