TAXI WITH CAR SEAT! Sincerely appreciated the service. Quick booking. Van with car seat arrived on time. Driver helped with loading luggage. We were given the option of taking the 407 along with the accurate cost estimate. Upon returning to the airport, we called as soon as our luggage was on our trolley and a van with a car seat was waiting. I will most certainly use this service again in the future!

I used this service twice. First was from the taxi stand at Pearson. The driver tried to rip me off and only accepted cash for a short ride away from the airport. I scheduled a pickup early the next morning with the same company. The driver was excellent; he arrived early and was very congenial, and did not try to rip me off.

I did not feel comfortable with how fast our driver was driving. He kept a speed of 120 - 130 km/h on the highway, zipped in between cars and drove very closely behind others. There were several instances where he had to break hard to avoid bumping into another car. It made all of us anxious.This was my first time using Aeroport Taxi and so not sure how the other drivers are. Besides this driver. I felt we received a really good service. It was incredibly easy to make a booking, the driver arrived early and the rates were very fair.

Every time we need to go to the airport, we go with Aeroport Taxi and Limousines. Their service is the best! You can book in advance or change your booking if your flight gets delayed and client service staff are always helpful. The drivers are very friendly and polite and always look professional in their uniforms. They always pick you up on time, or if they’re early, they send you a text so you know they have arrived and will kindly wait for you. The cars are always super clean and comfortable, and I always feel safe because they have very good and attentive drivers who will get you to your destination safely, unlike others that zip left and right in traffic. I did not book for my return home because I did not know what time I would be back, but I was happy to see a Aeroport Taxi as my first option in the lineup. I have used this service many times over the last few years. All experiences have been exceptional! On time, pleasant, safe and cautious drivers. The last experience (Christmas Day 2022) I do feel I also need to specifically mention. A winter storm had hit Toronto and my flight had a number of cancellations and postponed times. I called to arrange a change in pick up times each change and felt I was becoming a nuisance, they were very understanding, accommodating and professional in all of my requests. Going on trips is fun, but getting to the airport can be very nerve-wracking; unless you decide to use such a service as this one. It was totally stress-free. They were at our house 15 minutes in advance and it was as simple as giving them a call once we came back from our trip, collected our baggages and meeting them at the designated spot. I would highly recommend them, unless you like to be really stressed out. Oh and they are quite affordable, compared to other services that I investigated. We definitely use their service again.

My ride on October 31st was not the first with Aeroport service. I had requested the luxury vehicle, what I got was a Toyota midsize SUV. The driver offered no assist with my luggage at my home.He drove to Pearson airport well over the speed limit passing every other car on the 401 as if he had a “hot” date waiting for him.My previous experiences were much better with a friendly driver and a Chrysler 300 car.RM

I have used this service many times over the last few years. All experiences have been exceptional! On time, pleasant, safe and cautious drivers. The last experience (Christmas Day 2022) I do feel I also need to specifically mention.
A winter storm had hit Toronto and my flight had a number of cancellations and postponed times. I called to arrange a change in pick up times each change and felt I was becoming a nuisance. They were very understanding,
accommodating and professional in all of my requests. I will definitely use this company again in the future and recommend this company to family and friends. Happy New Year!

I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

I have not used an airport limo for many years as we have always driven and parked at the airport ourselves. however this trip our car was not ready after being in a repair shop longer than anticipated. I was little apprehensive of getting picked on time, but my concerns were not warranted, as the driver arrived early and we had a very relaxed drive to the airport. I hope to use this service on our return trip. we will also use the service again on further travels.

Absolutely recommend this service! We came back to Toronto after a long flight and needed a van with a car seat. I was amazed at how quickly the taxi was available! We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. So this was a better option for us.

The driver arrived promptly in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. He picked us & our luggage up in Mississauga & drove us to the airport. He navigated the 9 am traffic with patience & skill. We found him to be professionally friendly and both kind & compassionate in dealing with us seniors. He is very good at doing his job--better than we are a remembering his name after the flight home. (sorry!). The set rate ($51) is a very good deal for travelers. Our ride to from the airport to Mississauga in a taxi with a different company was over $70 for the same route and similar heavy traffic.

I used Aeroport Taxi last September, and cannot say enough about them! My flight was super early in the morning. My driver, Fawad, arrived a few minutes early, with a clean and lovely car. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. Once again, exceptional service! I will now use only this company, and hopefully same driver if available. I highly recommend this service, and prices are very reasonable!

Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!

I chose this service because I don’t live in Toronto and they were willing to come up to Beaverton Ontario to pick me up. My bag was very heavy but the driver had no difficulty putting it in his car/van. I priced around diligently and they were by far the least expensive. I was surprised the return trip was $31 more expensive then going to the airport, but still it was cheaper than the competition. The driver was very professional and the vehicle was a comfortable ride.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service!!

I flew into the Toronto International Airport recently and the airport is a zoo at the best of times and recently worse than usual. Some flights were made to wait up to 2 hours to clear customs. My point being, by the time I got through the airport procedures and outside to wait for my pick-up by Aeroport I was stressed thinking my delay would cost me extra money. I phoned to let Aeroport know I was ready to be picked-up and they said my driver would be there in 5 minutes—-and he was. A thoughtful driver who let me relax all the way from the airport to home….and NO EXTRA CHARGES. I am so impressed with this company and would not hesitate for a minute to recommend them. 10 out of 10 well deserved!

The driver arrived 5 minutes early, put my suitcases in the car and was very friendly. The SUV was clean and the drive to the airport was smooth sailing. The only problem was that his debit/credit card machine was not working which he apologized for. He thanked me for the tip and took my suitcases out of the car at the airport. An overall good experience... would recommend for sure.
