I traveled solo with my toddler and arrived at Billy Bishop airport, since I didn’t have a vehicle I needed transportation that provided a car seat. This company arrived on time, had the car seat available, and the driver was very welcoming. The process to book was easy and they accepted payment upon dropping us off to our destination. I was going to just catch a taxi at the airport but the lines were crazy long with the snow storm and fewer than usual taxis available. So I decided to use the Aeroprt Taxi & Limousine app to get a taxi. Fortunately, I had used them for my departure amd had downloaded the app.Added location (a little work on this part since it wasn't easy to add YYZ T3, even spelling it out) and destination. But app said a driver was closeby. 2 to 3 minutes later I get a call from the driver to confirm terminal and even though I was not waiting in the official pre-booked area ( my fault) my driver, Syed Ansar Ahmed, came to get me and even fended off a couple who tried to poach him when he pulled up. In the 10 minutes I waited, maybe 6 taxis pulled up for the people waiting in line. SAA was friendly while still being professional and then when I got home, he carried my luggage to the door when he noticed my walkway was not shoveled. Great service!

Outward journey easy although I had to call as the website did not work.On the airport-home journey, it could have been made easier by the outward journey taxi drier explaining the process for coming back. You have to call when back and they meet you at a certain spot which was not clear. Better explanation possible. Fixed rate better than taxi.I have been spoiled by my London UK taxi company who takes my flight number and can automatically track the flight, and arrive 15 minutes after it lands. So any delay in flight they know about. Not sure why this company can't do it. Saves them time and better service for the client.So room for improvement but still better than local cab company.

The only downside of my trip was the fact that I paid the driver cash at the end of the trip and was charged another 15% gratuity on my credit card. Didn’t realize through the app that they charge the tip also. Aeroport credited my card and all ended well

I’ve relied on AeroPort Taxi & Limo for 7-8 years now and I’m very comfortable recommending them gto friends & family as well as peers/colleagues. Definitely a solid 10/10 for all aspects of their service!The app is pretty good (Uber-ish), showing your drivers location, estimated arrival, bookings, receipts, etc. I book in advance, they show up, get me there, I hop out, and my card is billed with the tip % I’ve set up as default. Easy-peasy!Most importantly, they’re always on time. I use them almost exclusively for early morning flights which requires pick-ups at 4:30AM - 5:30AM for crucially important flights out of YYZ. I’m confident my ride will be outside early (~5 - 10 min) and the driver knocking at my door (literally) at the scheduled time, or at least calling my mobile if I’m not outside.All the drivers I’ve met are professional and I’m comfortable/confident we’ll arrive promptly. I’m not a big fan of being a passenger. I’m not a control freak but I’d rather drive as I’m usually on edge in the backseat. I’m able to relax with Aeroport!The fixed-fee cost is very reasonable and similar to a taxi or Uber, actually I think it’s lower. I opt to upgrade to a luxury ride, typically a big black Escalade or Navigator, super comfortable and so worth an extra $5, while still a great deal.AeroPort is definitely the right choice - you’ll be happy you relied on them to get you there on time, in style and comfort, for a great price.And guess what? AeroPort will get you home in a similar fashion!

My family used Aeroport Taxi & Limousine Service for a very early ride to the airport, and return trip when we got back. Our driver was there 10 minutes early for a 4 AM pickup, smiling and friendly. Our driver taking us home from the airport was in the designated location as promised and was only too happy to help. We are parents of a 3 year old so the availability of a toddler front facing car seat was very important to us, even though they are not legally required for taxi services. Our ride to the airport had the seat already installed before we got outside and our ride back installed it before we even got the first suitcase into the trunk of the van. It's a load off our minds to know that we can rely on Aeroport Taxi and Limousine for our airport transportation needs going forward. We absolutely will use them again without even thinking about it.

TAXI WITH CAR SEAT! Sincerely appreciated the service. Quick booking. Van with car seat arrived on time. Driver helped with loading luggage. We were given the option of taking the 407 along with the accurate cost estimate. Upon returning to the airport, we called as soon as our luggage was on our trolley and a van with a car seat was waiting. I will most certainly use this service again in the future!

I used this service twice. First was from the taxi stand at Pearson. The driver tried to rip me off and only accepted cash for a short ride away from the airport. I scheduled a pickup early the next morning with the same company. The driver was excellent; he arrived early and was very congenial, and did not try to rip me off.

Every time we need to go to the airport, we go with Aeroport Taxi and Limousines. Their service is the best! You can book in advance or change your booking if your flight gets delayed and client service staff are always helpful. The drivers are very friendly and polite and always look professional in their uniforms. They always pick you up on time, or if they’re early, they send you a text so you know they have arrived and will kindly wait for you. The cars are always super clean and comfortable, and I always feel safe because they have very good and attentive drivers who will get you to your destination safely, unlike others that zip left and right in traffic. I did not book for my return home because I did not know what time I would be back, but I was happy to see a Aeroport Taxi as my first option in the lineup. I highly recommend them for your next trip. You’ll ride in style!

Great experience with this company traveling to and from Pearson airport from the east side of Toronto with young children and lots of luggage. You can request a large van and car seat. Drivers were early both times and very helpful in packing the luggage into the van. Would definitely use again.

We recently travelled from Toronto to Cambridge with this service. They were absolutely fabulous. The driver was courteous. The car was comfortable and clean. They even had water for us in the car. It took less than ten minutes from the time we called for the car until it picked us up.

I have used this service many times over the last few years. All experiences have been exceptional! On time, pleasant, safe and cautious drivers. The last experience (Christmas Day 2022) I do feel I also need to specifically mention.
A winter storm had hit Toronto and my flight had a number of cancellations and postponed times. I called to arrange a change in pick up times each change and felt I was becoming a nuisance. They were very understanding,

I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

I have not used an airport limo for many years as we have always driven and parked at the airport ourselves. however this trip our car was not ready after being in a repair shop longer than anticipated. I was little apprehensive of getting picked on time, but my concerns were not warranted, as the driver arrived early and we had a very relaxed drive to the airport. I hope to use this service on our return trip. we will also use the service again on further travels.

Absolutely recommend this service! We came back to Toronto after a long flight and needed a van with a car seat. I was amazed at how quickly the taxi was available! We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. So this was a better option for us.

The driver arrived promptly in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. He picked us & our luggage up in Mississauga & drove us to the airport. He navigated the 9 am traffic with patience & skill. We found him to be professionally friendly and both kind & compassionate in dealing with us seniors. He is very good at doing his job--better than we are a remembering his name after the flight home. (sorry!). The set rate ($51) is a very good deal for travelers. Our ride to from the airport to Mississauga in a taxi with a different company was over $70 for the same route and similar heavy traffic.

I used Aeroport Taxi last September, and cannot say enough about them! My flight was super early in the morning. My driver, Fawad, arrived a few minutes early, with a clean and lovely car. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. Once again, exceptional service! I will now use only this company, and hopefully same driver if available. I highly recommend this service, and prices are very reasonable!

Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
