I wanted to use this company more than once before writing my review.I used them in Feb for a drop off to the airport. After the driver came 15 min before my requested time, I got a call from the cab driver asking me to come out quickly. You are not obligated to do so, and you can show up (according to their website) within 15 min after your requested time.When I used them again for an airport trip in May, the driver was very polite and understanding and got us to the airport without issues.We were traveling with a toddler both times, and booking a vehicle with a car seat through their website was smooth and simple.

All easy booking and travel from Burlington to Pearson Airport! Great experience no hassles.On our return called the office to book our ride back they hung up on me 3 times. Frustrated, because I was told not to prebook because they are their all the time. Their direction to where to stand sent us to a regular taxi line up area which was 175 people deep!Called the office again spoke to someone new was told to stand so far from the first location ( not fun when you have mobility issues).We were told one price flat rate going and flat rate return but that turns out to not be true! Apparently there is an "airport tax" for pick up so the driver told us. We were never informed of this initially!However the driver was professional and friendly.

I rented 2 minivans. They came to the designated area within 10 minutes after I called their hotline to confirm the reservation I made two months ago. The person who answered the call is very courteous and helpful. He made sure to dispatch the minivans right away. The minivans are clean and the drivers are very careful with their driving. I paid 83 CAD for each of the minivans. 10/10 experience. Very reasonable price for the service that they provide. I will render their services again.

I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

I have not used an airport limo for many years as we have always driven and parked at the airport ourselves. however this trip our car was not ready after being in a repair shop longer than anticipated. Absolutely recommend this service! We came back to Toronto after a long flight and needed a van with a car seat. I was amazed at how quickly the taxi was available! We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. We found him to be professionally friendly and both kind & compassionate in dealing with us seniors. He is very good at doing his job--better than we are a remembering his name after the flight home. (sorry!). The set rate ($51) is a very good deal for travelers. I used Aeroport Taxi last September, and cannot say enough about them! My flight was super early in the morning. My driver, Fawad, arrived a few minutes early, with a clean and lovely car. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
