I travel a lot and this is by far the best airport limo service in the GTA and I have been using them for over 10 years. They are also very price competitive. $48 for a nice spacious car from them from downtown Toronto v/s $53+ on an Uber that may cancel on you! Their new app makes it so easy to book. Way better than their old website. The phone booking option works equally well.

Reliable service and always on time. Their drivers are very friendly and helpful. You just need to make sure you book your ride online or via the phone few days in advance.Tip: By entering the size or model of the car/ van that you need according to how many people will be taking the ride and how many pieces of luggage you have, you can get a quotation of the price for your ride via online. I find this quite convenient.However, the drivers may charge a little higher on the day of the ride. You better discuss with your driver and let him know that you already got their company’s quotation price online (before you start your trip) and both agree on which route to take and the final price. They are quite reasonable with it.

He had water bottles to offer and was very open and conversational. We've used this service for the past several years to take us from the Port Perry area to Toronto International Airport (and back) and our experiences have been excellent each time. It's easy to book a car online and you get a detailed confirmation and number right away.We normally book a couple of weeks ahead of our travel date and receive a reminder from them a day or two ahead. In addition, the drivers always arrive early and text us when they are here (though they don't push for us to hurry up; they just wait nearby where we can see them). The drivers are always pleasant, help us load and unload our luggage and provide smooth and relaxing rides.Good value for the money.

Booked a taxi from Pearson to Mississauga and even with a 2 hour delayed flight, a ride was ready for me upon arrival. The driver was courteous and helpful, loading/unloading bags, opening my door.The driver who returned me to Pearson a week later was on time at my door in the early hours of the morning.$40 fare. Efficient and easy to set up. Driver was waiting for us in a nice Lincoln and got us to Bradford in record time. Why anyone would take a cab or deal with public transport is a mystery when you can do this. My friends all told me it would be $150 to get from the airport to Bradford and it was only $92 with Aeroport and Taxi Service. Worth every penny. I will use them again.

Have been using this company now for over ten years. Drivers tend to stay with them and I have got to know some of them. It is nice to be picked up by a familiar face in Toronto and it feels safer. The drivers are smart, polite, professional, friendly and cannot do enough for you. The cars are well maintained. I have used this company for over 3 years for my airport travel needs (to and fro). The drivers are friendly professional, and know the city like the back of their hand. Their dispatch staff is great to work with, and the app makes things easy (albeit, the app needs some work, it runs slow at times for some reason - and I run it on 2 different android phones).

I've used their services in the past and it's always been great. The drivers are courteous, friendly and on time (if not a little early which is great).I've never had issues with them and when I had a question and sent an email, the turn around time was less than the 24-hours they stated in their reply.Great service all around

First time GREAT! Punctual, nice car, same luggage detail, MUCH BETTER PRICE! You're saving up to 15 dollars on every airport trip. I am going to use them on my way to the airport every time. It is more problematic getting them on the way back, unless they have a way of solving that. Let's see if they respond to that. If they do, then they're worth using both ways. JASA

Simple booking procedure (no need for advance payment) and the fare was competitive at $51 from downtown Toronto. The taxi turned up early and was of the standard that I had booked (limo/luxury sedan). The driver was courteous and friendly and we got to the airport with time to spare. I travel for business a couple times a month and use this company, as that's what my company uses. My last ride was with Amin and he was great. He was waiting for me when I came out of my house and met me in the driveway to assist with my bags. He was dressed professionally, although I don't really care about that, and was pleasant to talk to. The car was clean and in good repair.I have read the many reviews on here about the rudeness and believe the lady who answers the phone is a problem. My company has issues with her when they call to book as well. I have had 2 drivers who need to return to driving school, but overall my rides are good.

Friendly and professional service on the phone for booking a taxi. Equally friendly and on time for early morning pickup. Hassle free, got a text message for taxi arrival.It was hard to choose where to call, since there are so many taxi options from Mississauga to Pearson Airport. But this service had by far the most reviews (600+) and maintained a positive rating. And my experience confirmed the rating!

The driver arrived 5 minutes early, put my suitcases in the car and was very friendly. The SUV was clean and the drive to the airport was smooth sailing. The only problem was that his debit/credit card machine was not working which he apologized for. He thanked me for the tip and took my suitcases out of the car at the airport. I always worry when I have to take an early flight if I am going to make it the airport in plenty of time. With this service, my driver was there a couple of minutes ahead of schedule which was wonderful.
He was kind and helped me down the snowy steps from my building.
The weather was not the greatest, but I felt comfortable and safe with my driver. I got to the airport safely, promptly and for a good price. Highly recommended.

We booked an Aeroport Taxi from Toronto Pearson to the Waterloo area. Our flight arrived early, and we got through the airport quickly, so we arrived to the meeting place early. We called the specified number, and our driver was there in 5 minutes. The car was clean and comfortable, the driver was efficient, polite, and drove competently on icy roads. We'll use them again.

Every step of this process was a breeze. Booking online was quick and easy. All I had to do was call when I had cleared passport control and customs, and the operator told me exactly where to wait. The driver got there quickly and braved awful traffic in rainy weather to get me home. He also waited until I was safely inside with my door closed before driving off. The driver was early to take us to the airport and was helpful in loading our luggage . As we approached the airport he started to lecture us about how we should leave earlier next time so he wouldn't have to rush. I found this very unprofessional. We had plenty of time to clear customs and make our flight. The driver on the way home was very friendly and talked about our trip and made the ride much more comfortable.

Driver arrived early by 10 minutes and was very courteous as expected. When we arrived at Pearson the driver took out our bags and we gave the driver a $10 tip not realizing there was a tip already added when we booked and prepaid. He thanked us and we were on our way. Booked over the web week before early morning flight! Driver arrived early and patiently waited for us, helped load our luggage at home and again at the airport. Price quoted is exactly what I was charged. Even received an email confirmation of price paid. We also used one of their cars from the taxi area on the way home from pearson airport and we were only charged the amount set out by pearson. Again Driver was polite and helped us with our bags. A silent driver who drove competently in slippery road conditions
At the airport he unloaded my 2 pieces of luggage , drove away in busy traffic leaving me in the roadway with cars moving toward me in the second lane from the curb

The driver should not have left the luggage unattended while I was getting out of the vehicle
He should have driven to the curb, where there was parking space and place the luggage on the curb where I could safely access it

We used Aeroport Taxi & limo service for the first time. I booked it over the net and right after that I installed their app. The morning the driver was suppose to pick us up I was a bit nervous but as soon as I opened the app I saw exactly where the limo was. Very professional! The advertised rate was exactly what I have paid, tax included. We tipped the guy cash for his excellent service. Within 2 minutes I got an email with the summary of this trip. I am going to use them again!

Love the online app. Not all of the options are immediately evident (ie book now vs future) but clicking through lets you check everything before confirming the booking details. We booked for an early transport to the airport just the day before using the app, driver was about 5mins early, app sends you an alert that they've arrived, clean car, courteous driver, helped load & unload the luggage. Paid by card through the app (love this option, doesn't process until you arrive at destination) and you can set your default tip amount or pay in the vehicle. No complaints. Will definitely use this company and their app again. Glad to see Toronto companies finally doing what the UK has had for years!

I usually take very early flights from Pearson Airport for business. Typically, I book ahead with Aeroport Taxi & Limousine for a 5:xx am pick up--knowing that they will be prompt (usually waiting for me when I go outside) and ready. Their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers always help with multiple bags and tradeshow items. Very courteous. Excellent service. My husband forgot his wallet in the taxi.One call to the company an they contacted the driver immediately an the driver confirmed that he did have the wallet. I was told the driver was at the airport doing a pickup an he would contact shortly. Within 30 mins the driver contacted me an said he would be willing to drop the wallet of for me at no cost but he would be a bit late. At around 11:30pm he called an said he is about 5 mins away. I had booked our taxi before leaving Edmonton. Everyone from the agent who took my initial call to the agent who took my call at Pearson to the driver were all excellent. I was very impressed especially when we had to pay the exact price we were quoted. The only thing I feel bad about was although I mentioned to both agents (from Edmonton and Toronto) that there were 4 of us with 4 suitcases, the taxi they sent was not able to fit our suitcases. The driver forced them into his trunk and when we got to our destination, he realized his trunk door was broken. I would, however, use this service again.
