I wanted to use this company more than once before writing my review.I used them in Feb for a drop off to the airport. After the driver came 15 min before my requested time, I got a call from the cab driver asking me to come out quickly. You are not obligated to do so, and you can show up (according to their website) within 15 min after your requested time.When I used them again for an airport trip in May, the driver was very polite and understanding and got us to the airport without issues.We were traveling with a toddler both times, and booking a vehicle with a car seat through their website was smooth and simple.

All easy booking and travel from Burlington to Pearson Airport! Great experience no hassles.On our return called the office to book our ride back they hung up on me 3 times. Frustrated, because I was told not to prebook because they are their all the time. Their direction to where to stand sent us to a regular taxi line up area which was 175 people deep!Called the office again spoke to someone new was told to stand so far from the first location ( not fun when you have mobility issues).We were told one price flat rate going and flat rate return but that turns out to not be true! Apparently there is an "airport tax" for pick up so the driver told us. We were never informed of this initially!However the driver was professional and friendly.

If you need a ride to the Toronto airports this is by far the best way to do it. Strongly recommend this service. If your worried about price then this is still the best option, I got quotes from 2 taxi companies ($135-$140, Uber quoted $170, I got a ride in a limo with an extremely professional Driver for $130) Anytime I need a ride this will be the company I use!

I had received excellent service from Aeroport Taxi during my recent trip from Pearson International Airport to Toronto Downtown.The driver, Sucha, accepted my four members team for this taxi ride during night from the airport. He was very pleasant and very professional in his conduct. Taxi was clean and ride was very smooth.The highlight of my ride was that after making payment, my wallet slipped out of my hand inside taxi and I did not realize it until I entered my house. So, I called Aeroport Taxi office. They took my information and comforted me that not to worry and I would get back my wallet once it was lost inside of taxi.I received a phone call at 1.00 AM in the night, the driver Sucha was at my door with the wallet. He made special drive just to give my wallet back which he found in his taxi. I offered him some reward or at least fees for his drive but he refused to take any money. I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me.
