First time using this place was after a long day of travelling and I’m glad I went with them over other services. My driver (I believe his name was Tariq) was friendly, professional, and courteous. He had water bottles to offer and was very open and conversational. I used the service several days later on my return home and they showed up on time, the driver (Sunny) and I had some good conversation, he was professional, and the whole experience was pleasant.

We've used this service for the past several years to take us from the Port Perry area to Toronto International Airport (and back) and our experiences have been excellent each time. It's easy to book a car online and you get a detailed confirmation and number right away.We normally book a couple of weeks ahead of our travel date and receive a reminder from them a day or two ahead. In addition, the drivers always arrive early and text us when they are here (though they don't push for us to hurry up; they just wait nearby where we can see them). The drivers are always pleasant, help us load and unload our luggage and provide smooth and relaxing rides.Good value for the money.

Booked a taxi from Pearson to Mississauga and even with a 2 hour delayed flight, a ride was ready for me upon arrival. The driver was courteous and helpful, loading/unloading bags, opening my door.The driver who returned me to Pearson a week later was on time at my door in the early hours of the morning.$40 fare. Very reasonable price. Glad for the text notifications upon arrival of the cab at airport and at my door.

Efficient and easy to set up. Driver was waiting for us in a nice Lincoln and got us to Bradford in record time. Why anyone would take a cab or deal with public transport is a mystery when you can do this. My friends all told me it would be $150 to get from the airport to Bradford and it was only $92 with Aeroport and Taxi Service. Worth every penny. I will use them again.

Our recent trip to and from Pearson Airport was a pleasant experience using Aeroport Taxi & Limousine. Both the drivers were courtious and friendly. The car showed up on time and was clean. One of the best services I have seen for airport transfers with very reasonable rates. Added bonus is they have an option of a mini-van with child car seat and this really simplifies travel plans if you are travelling to the airport and don't need a carseat on your trip and don't want to park at the airport. Drivers are very professional and punctual and cars are all very clean and well maintained. I used them twice in a month from Home to Airport and back. Highly recommended!

I booked a mini van (we had too many suitcases) the day before our flight and the driver arrived a few minutes before my pickup time. I also got sent a text when the mini van arrived. I found the rate to be reasonable and we had a very courteous driver. It was also great to be able to book in advance the exact type of vehicle I needed when I needed it rather than taking a chance with a ride sharing app. The booking was done online and I had no issues doing the booking on the website. Overall, the service was excellent and this taxi service is highly recommended.

Have been using this company now for over ten years. Drivers tend to stay with them and I have got to know some of them. It is nice to be picked up by a familiar face in Toronto and it feels safer. The drivers are smart, polite, professional, friendly and cannot do enough for you. The cars are well maintained. The app is extremely easy to use and unlike Uber they do not change rates when they decide to take a different route. This is a well run company, a company that knows this business and a company that has been around for a long time, congrats guys, you are doing one hell of a great job.

Booked a taxi for friend coming to Canada for first time. Completely hassle free booking and transparent pricing. Highly competitive price as well. Flights are tracked and taxi is ready after the customs and luggage is done. Also, baby seat is provided if you have infants/kids with you. Plenty of space for bags depending on taxi you choose while booking. 5 star for overall experience.

I have used this company for over 3 years for my airport travel needs (to and fro). The drivers are friendly professional, and know the city like the back of their hand. Their dispatch staff is great to work with, and the app makes things easy (albeit, the app needs some work, it runs slow at times for some reason - and I run it on 2 different android phones).

First time GREAT! Punctual, nice car, same luggage detail, MUCH BETTER PRICE! You're saving up to 15 dollars on every airport trip. I am going to use them on my way to the airport every time. It is more problematic getting them on the way back, unless they have a way of solving that. Let's see if they respond to that. If they do, then they're worth using both ways. JASA

Simple booking procedure (no need for advance payment) and the fare was competitive at $51 from downtown Toronto. I travel for business a couple times a month and use this company, as that's what my company uses. My last ride was with Amin and he was great. He was waiting for me when I came out of my house and met me in the driveway to assist with my bags. He was dressed professionally, although I don't really care about that, and was pleasant to talk to. The car was clean and in good repair.I have read the many reviews on here about the rudeness and believe the lady who answers the phone is a problem. My company has issues with her when they call to book as well. I have had 2 drivers who need to return to driving school, but overall my rides are good.

Friendly and professional service on the phone for booking a taxi. Equally friendly and on time for early morning pickup. Hassle free, got a text message for taxi arrival.It was hard to choose where to call, since there are so many taxi options from Mississauga to Pearson Airport. But this service had by far the most reviews (600+) and maintained a positive rating. And my experience confirmed the rating!

The driver arrived 5 minutes early, put my suitcases in the car and was very friendly. The SUV was clean and the drive to the airport was smooth sailing. The only problem was that his debit/credit card machine was not working which he apologized for. He thanked me for the tip and took my suitcases out of the car at the airport. An overall good experience... would recommend for sure.

I always worry when I have to take an early flight if I am going to make it the airport in plenty of time. With this service, my driver was there a couple of minutes ahead of schedule which was wonderful.
He was kind and helped me down the snowy steps from my building.
The weather was not the greatest, but I felt comfortable and safe with my driver. I got to the airport safely, promptly and for a good price. Highly recommended.

We booked an Aeroport Taxi from Toronto Pearson to the Waterloo area. Our flight arrived early, and we got through the airport quickly, so we arrived to the meeting place early. We called the specified number, and our driver was there in 5 minutes. The car was clean and comfortable, the driver was efficient, polite, and drove competently on icy roads. We'll use them again.

Every step of this process was a breeze. Booking online was quick and easy. All I had to do was call when I had cleared passport control and customs, and the operator told me exactly where to wait. The driver got there quickly and braved awful traffic in rainy weather to get me home. He also waited until I was safely inside with my door closed before driving off. The driver was early to take us to the airport and was helpful in loading our luggage . As we approached the airport he started to lecture us about how we should leave earlier next time so he wouldn't have to rush. I found this very unprofessional. We had plenty of time to clear customs and make our flight. The driver on the way home was very friendly and talked about our trip and made the ride much more comfortable.

When we arrived at Pearson the driver took out our bags and we gave the driver a $10 tip not realizing there was a tip already added when we booked and prepaid. He thanked us and we were on our way. Booked over the web week before early morning flight! Driver arrived early and patiently waited for us, helped load our luggage at home and again at the airport. Price quoted is exactly what I was charged. Even received an email confirmation of price paid. We also used one of their cars from the taxi area on the way home from pearson airport and we were only charged the amount set out by pearson. Again Driver was polite and helped us with our bags. A silent driver who drove competently in slippery road conditions
At the airport he unloaded my 2 pieces of luggage , drove away in busy traffic leaving me in the roadway with cars moving toward me in the second lane from the curb
Incidently I was walking with my cane and had difficulty removing my bags one at a time
The driver should not have left the luggage unattended while I was getting out of the vehicle
He should have driven to the curb, where there was parking space and place the luggage on the curb where I could safely access it

Love the online app. Not all of the options are immediately evident (ie book now vs future) but clicking through lets you check everything before confirming the booking details. We booked for an early transport to the airport just the day before using the app, driver was about 5mins early, app sends you an alert that they've arrived, clean car, courteous driver, helped load & unload the luggage. Paid by card through the app (love this option, doesn't process until you arrive at destination) and you can set your default tip amount or pay in the vehicle. No complaints. Will definitely use this company and their app again. Glad to see Toronto companies finally doing what the UK has had for years!

I used the Aerport Taxi Service for an early morning flight to YYZ terminal 1. The driver was on time, friendly and professional and the car was clean. The driver checked to be sure of the quickest route during rush hour and we were there in no time. The price, in my opinion was right and I would definitely recommend.

I usually take very early flights from Pearson Airport for business. Typically, I book ahead with Aeroport Taxi & Limousine for a 5:xx am pick up--knowing that they will be prompt (usually waiting for me when I go outside) and ready. Their vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers always help with multiple bags and tradeshow items. Very courteous. I will continue to use them and would recommend them highly to colleagues and friends.

My daughter got stuck in Toronto on her way to Denver due to a snow storm -- Aeroport Taxi picked her up at 6:00am in the morning. My daughter was very impressed with the driver -- no worries (there can be sometimes ).

I had the nicest car driver ever! Good experience with this service. I ordered due to the app a cab at 5:15 at out condo to go to the airport. We were 10 minutes late downstairs, but it was not a problem for him. Very nice and secure service with a good flat rate value. Will absolutly use this service more.

Ray drove my partner and I to the airport a couple of weeks ago and was an excellent driver who was really interesting to talk to about the area and who used some good local short-cuts to get us through what could have been some horrendous traffic! Excellent service. My husband forgot his wallet in the taxi.One call to the company an they contacted the driver immediately an the driver confirmed that he did have the wallet. I was told the driver was at the airport doing a pickup an he would contact shortly. Within 30 mins the driver contacted me an said he would be willing to drop the wallet of for me at no cost but he would be a bit late. At around 11:30pm he called an said he is about 5 mins away. I had booked our taxi before leaving Edmonton. Everyone from the agent who took my initial call to the agent who took my call at Pearson to the driver were all excellent. I was very impressed especially when we had to pay the exact price we were quoted. The only thing I feel bad about was although I mentioned to both agents (from Edmonton and Toronto) that there were 4 of us with 4 suitcases, the taxi they sent was not able to fit our suitcases. The driver forced them into his trunk and when we got to our destination, he realized his trunk door was broken. I would, however, use this service again.
