I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

We requested it after we collected our luggage and by the time we got out of the airport, it was there. Cost wise, it’s comparable to Uber, but Uber didn’t have the car seat option. He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Fawad made miracles happen and went out of his way to get off the hwy and got me to YYZ just in time! I just used them again today, I requested Fawad again and they happily assigned him to me. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text.
