I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.
The service was excellent and I’m hoping I will have the same driver when I return home.

He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
