This was our first time using a shuttle service to the airport. I did a little searching for costs and reviews and found that they were highest reviewed and lowest cost. I was more than happy with the service. We pre booked to go to the airport and the driver arrived 10 min early and was very professional. We did not book ahead for the drive home, as we didn’t know how long it would take to get our luggage. We called when we were ready to leave the airport and a driver came within 3 minutes. Highly recommend, and will only use this service for any airport shuttles.

I recently booked a taxi service to Pearson airport for morning flight on November 14/22.
The driver called a few minutes before arriving and was in the driveway at 5:00 a.m.
He loaded the luggage, including a small dog, and we were on our way.
When we arrived at Pearson, he secured a luggage cart, loaded everything.
This driver was pleasant and helpful and arrived exactly on time.

He was the most courteous and kind man. There was a bad accident and I was resigned to missing my flight. Driver was 15 minutes early. I'm not sure if that 15 minutes counts towards the courtesy wait time, but I was concerned about that so I rushed myself to get outside, because I couldn't reply to his text. That aside, this was the most pleasant airport ride I've ever had. The driver was courteous, helpful, and sincere. It was a nice 30-minute relief from the stress and anxiety I always feel when traveling. I will look for them upon my return!
