I used this airport limo service for a ride from Guelph to Pearson, and everything was perfect. From the moment I was picked up, the service was courteous and professional. Our flight from Cancun to Kitchener Airport was diverted to Toronto I was travelling on my own and was stranded in Toronto while my friend waited for me in Kitchener. The plane was almost full and the passengers were given no help by Flair Airlines. I was lucky enough to get Karan Cab #133 he was able to calm me down I was in tears by the way, I am a senior and received no help from the Airport . He drove me to my home in a rain storm that you could not even see in and had an accident right behind us as a car spun out of control and hit the rails. Karan was fabulous I would drive with him anytime he got me home safe and sound and was able to keep my fears down. Thank you.

Called once we were at post#4 Terminal 3 Toronto-Pearson Airport, customer service gave us the 4-digit # that would be on the vehicle which pulled up within 10 minutes. $50 flat rate to 401/Winston Churchill Blvd. Would definitely use again, much less busy to walk over to post #4 than use taxi line just outside of arrivals.

Aeroport was quite prompt in picking me and my family up at Pearson. The only glitch was that they need to be called from the airport, the limo was not waiting for us, which takes some time. The ride was ok, the car was a bit messy on the front passenger side, since the driver had all their personal stuff there. But the fare was reasonable and driver was helpful.
